There are four main categories of data in Intelligent Enterprise Management;

1-Master Data, (MDM MDG PLM PDM) Master Data Quality is a key driver behind the decisions you make about your business, Real time, data driven decisions, enhance and enable your strategy, finally to reach your desired intelligent enterprise and enabling better utilization of resources, leading to higher business performance and the outcome of profit maximization.

2-Transactional data, Operational or business transactional data looks at business transactions from a business point of view. Transactional data reveals what happens in data processing to reach. the intelligent enterprise performance. however, it is important to also understand the user experience data, or X-data.

3.X-data or user experience data User Experience data or customer care data, measures the customer satisfaction, or happiness of your customers due to utilization of your products, services, solution. If you have a high score KPI of your X-data measurements, then you can prevent Churn. To reduce the churn 1%, results in profit maximizationof millions of dollars.

To get the intelligent enterprise performance. however, it is important also to understand the user experience data, or X-data. For example in order to prevent churn, you need the User experience measurement data or X-data. X-data is gathered by capturing human sentiment from customers, employees, and business partners at key moments to provide an immediate understanding of the quality of their experience. This is particularly important as we look at providing the best possible business outcomes.

4-Metadata . Metadata is the data of data or containers keeping the structure of your master data, X-data and transactional data. . Operational or transactional data data, looks at transactions from a business point of view. Transactional data reveals what happens to your corporate resources.
Thanks to BI-Business Intelligence Tools you can derive more business information in real time, from enterprise Operational data, master data and User Experience X-data.

To derive the real business value from those 4 main types of enterprise data, you have to design INTELLIGENT ENTERPRISE, by defining new customer profiles using the X-data for measuring the customer experience and operational or transactional data and master data with advanced technologies, such as advanced analytics, AI, IoT, ML,DL, Big Data, Hadoop Distributed data processing, Edge Analytics, Predictive analytics, Machine learning, and in-memory data management in the S4HANA cloud, to achieve intelligent enterprise performance add-ons, that improves real-time decision making, but at the same time better predicting the future behavioral patterns of your customers for more growth and maximum profit. Edge Analytics means shifting the intelligence in enterprise to end devices utilizing end customers, end devices as edge servers.
